Seminars explore selected contemporary and historical topics in the areas of performance practice, theory, musicology, composition, arranging, research and the music industry. Classes consist of lectures, discussions and student presentations. Seminar topic selections emphasize acute issues or important historical trends and change from year to year. Prerequisite: Materials of Music 5 or permission of Dept.
