This course introduces the basics of electronic discovery and litigation technology by providing students with practical information that can be used immediately at their workplace. Not province-specific, governing legislation in BC and other provinces will be covered.
Suited for Legal Administrative Assistants, Paralegals and other professionals in related fields.
