What you will learn

  • Speaking with increased clarity, confidence, and impact
  • Handling impromptu speaking situations
  • Understanding the importance of body language in communicating the message and using body language effectively
  • Preparing and using visual aids in an effective and memorable manner
  • Organizing speaking materials in a logical manner – one that is appropriate for the audience
  • “Reading” the audience and responding to verbal and nonverbal feedback in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Understanding how to prepare for and rehearse a presentation
