In this final capstone course students prepare and present a comprehensive project that builds on the analysis and final report from the Capstone 1 course. This will include a detailed plan that will provide recommendations to address the issues identified in the Capstone 1 report. Students may work individually or in groups depending on the complexity of the project and authorization of the instructor.

This course is part of the full-time Bachelor of Hospitality Management program.
