This course, integrated with ENGL 1102, addresses the needs of non-native speakers who require specific help to meet expectations. Students will continue paraphrasing, proofreading, edits, and expanding their literary vocabulary. They will practise developing theses, writing outlines, and revising rough drafts for economy, coherence and accuracy. Increased importance will be placed on correct mechanics and academic format.
Prerequisites
Minimum C in ENGL 1001 and ENGL 1101 or equivalent.
