In this course, students are introduced to Part 3 of the British Columbia Building Code (BCBC) as it applies to commercial occupancies. Using 3D CAD, students prepare drawing plan layouts for a small convenience store required for course DRFT 1373, Commercial Retail Buildings.

This course is part of the full-time Architectural Technician, Civil/Structural Technician, Steel Detailing Technician Certificate Programs.

DRFT 1275, DRFT 1370.
