Before applying, confirm your student meets the program’s entrance requirements. They may need to gather transcripts, identification, or complete assessments. Academic advisors are available to help.
After submitting an application, your student will receive updates by email. Some programs may ask for additional steps, like assessments, interviews, or submitting missing documents.
If accepted, your student will receive an official offer letter. They must accept the offer and pay a deposit by the stated deadline to confirm their seat.
Yes—VCC offers ESL programs to help students improve their English for education, work, or life in Canada. Academic upgrading is also available to meet entrance requirements.
Disability Services supports students with learning, physical, or mental health challenges. Services include academic accommodations, assistive technology, and interpreting for Deaf or Hard of Hearing students.
VCC does not have dorms, but offers support finding off-campus rentals and homestays. It’s important to secure housing early, especially before program start dates.
All students must have health insurance. Domestic students typically use BC’s Medical Services Plan (MSP), while international students must enroll in Guard.me during their first term.
