Submit your request
Before submitting your request, make sure your current contact information is updated on your myVCC account, including your mailing address, phone number and email address. Providing incomplete or inconsistent contact information on the request form may result in a delay in letter issuance.
Submit your request forms and other documents by uploading them to myVCC. Check the Tutorial: How to upload documents at MyVCC for a step-by-step guide.
- Download the request form
- Complete and sign the request form
- On myVCC
- Select Student Dashboard
- Find the International Students tile
- Click Upload Documents
Request forms
- Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) – can be used for Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), IRCC compliance confirmation, inviting family to Canada, etc. Not to be used for a Study Permit Extension Application.
- Consent for release of information form [LINK after uploaded by RO]
- Course add/drop form [LINK after uploaded by RO]
- Study permit extension support letter – to be used for study permit Extension application.
- Withdrawal of enrolment
