Applications are only accepted if submitted during the application periods.

Applications Deadlines
- There are no set application deadlines. If a program still has seats available, it will continue to accept applications until approximately three to four months before classes begin. Check if applications are accepted for your program of choice on the Application Availability Status page before applying.
- Some high-demand programs, such as health sciences, early childhood education, and trades programs, may be closed earlier if seats are filled soon. Plan to apply soon after application periods are open for a higher chance of getting an offer.
- Competitive selection programs may also have specific application timelines. Check the program pages for details.
- Consider the Study Permit Processing Times and the Deadline to Submit Proof of Study Permit to VCC before applying.
Apply to a term
- Program start dates within the same term can vary, depending on availability. Applicants cannot request specific start dates within the term.
- For example, students applying for the Winter term of the Culinary Arts Diploma may be offered a March start date.
