Ready to register for your apprenticeship classes?
Follow these four straightforward steps — from gathering your documents through paying your fees to checking your schedule — to complete your course registration.
Step 1: Prepare your documents and info
Gather everything you’ll need before logging in
• EducationPlannerBC confirmation
• VCC registration email
• Your SkilledTradesBC ID
• VCC ID, CRNs, banking info, personal details
Step 2: Log in and register for classes
Set up or use your myVCC account and pick your courses
• Use login credentials or setup new ones
• Navigate to “Register for Courses”
• Select term, check permit overrides
• Use “Find Classes” or “Enter CRNs” to add courses
• Submit your selected classes
Step 3: Pay fees & submit proof
Complete payment and send confirmation
• If less than 2 months before class start: pay $200 deposit within 48 hours and the remainder two months before
• If less than 2 months before start: pay full fees including deposit
• Email proof of payment (screenshot, full name, VCC ID) to apprentice@vcc.ca within 48 hours
Step 4: Check your schedule & follow up
Make sure your registration went through
• Go to Student Profile → Register for Classes → View schedule
• Contact apprentice@vcc.ca for questions
