To this end, we are committed to identifying, mitigating and preventing barriers to learning for students with disabilities.
The Accessible B.C. Act aims to improve the lives of people with disabilities by promoting accessibility and inclusion in all areas of society. It:
- Provides a framework for developing accessibility standards and plans
- Includes a mechanism for addressing complaints related to accessibility barriers
