Public board meetings begin at 5:30 p.m. and are open to the public via MS Teams. The meeting link will be included in the agenda, which is posted approximately five days before each meeting.
If you wish to attend in person, please contact Deborah Lucas at dlucas@vcc.ca with advance notice. American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation can be made available with two-weeks notice.
Anyone wishing to make a presentation must submit a written request at least 14 days in advance of the next meeting to dlucas@vcc.ca.
