Admission

Do you need to take your assessment again? Find out how often you can retake your assessment

English

All English assessments – VCC NG Accuplacer, VCC EAL (ESL) Accuplacer, VCC EAL (ESL) Speaking Assessment, and VCC HCA NG Accuplacer – can be taken:

  • two times between January and April
  • two times between May and August
  • two times between September and December

Math

Math assessments can be retaken once every four months

  • Basic Arithmetic
  • Basic Algebra
  • Basic Arithmetic & Basic Algebra
  • Intermediate Algebra
  • Pre-calculus
  • VCC Health Sciences Math

Keyboarding

The keyboarding assessment – TYPIST test (on-site at VCC) – can be retaken at any time
