Convocation ceremonies are held in the Spring and Fall of each year. Ceremonies in 2026 will be celebrated in person at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.
Graduates who complete their programs between October and April will be invited to the Spring ceremony. The next Spring ceremony event will be held TBD.
Eligible graduates will receive an invitation by email in early TBD.
Graduates completing their programs between May and September will be invited to the Fall ceremony. The next Fall ceremony event will be held TBD.
Eligible graduates will receive an invitation by email in early TBD.

How to RSVP
If you are eligible to graduate, you will receive an invitation by email in May. You will need to complete the online Convocation RSVP form in order to attend your ceremony.
If you are graduating and have not received your email invitation, please contact convocation@vcc.ca.
If you are expecting to hear back and have not yet received ticket confirmation, please monitor your spam/junk filter.
