This course studies the Workers Compensation Act outlined in the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, and its applicability to the automotive service technician’s workplace. Topics include maintaining a safe work environment, describing shop emergency equipment and procedures, applying safe work practices, and using personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
