This course is the final course in the micro-credential program ‘Anti-racist Facilitation Training: Addressing Anti-Indigenous Racism in Adult Learning Environments’.
Building on the core competencies of anti-racist facilitation (the trifecta of knowledge, self-awareness, and skills) developed over the first two courses in the program, this course provides the learners with the opportunity to integrate these competencies into their practice through an advanced micro-facilitation intensive.
