This course teaches how to understand and apply the principles of organizational, production, and marketing management in the workplace. Topics include personnel selection and development, compensation and benefits, training and development, employees' safety and health, performance appraisal, employee/labour relations, grievances, discipline, counselling and employee separation processes.
This course is part of the Executive Assistant (Part-time) program.
