This course focuses on microeconomic topics such as: business organization in Canada; the workings of markets and competition (demand and supply, market types, intervention in markets); income distribution; employment and economic sector trends; environmental economics, and other policy issues. Microeconomics and Macroeconomics may be taken at the same time or in any order.
