Students explore the behaviour and impact of individuals, groups, and organization. Students apply critical thinking and analytical skills to case studies and activities that focus on todays’ organizational challenges and opportunities. Course topics include perceptions, emotions, attitudes, ethics, change and conflict management, motivation, team dynamics and development, culture, health and well-being, stress management, leadership, power and political power influences.
