Clear and respectful communication is one of the most powerful tools we all have within
our control but not everyone communicates effectively, persuasively and ethically. This course is appropriate for anyone who needs or wants to strengthen their communications skills to advance their careers. Communicating in the Workplace guides students to plan and use a variety of business communication vehicles that are targeted to the specific audience and topic; attention will be devoted to the development of clarity in communication.
